Knowledge without action is like an Oreo without the cream filling. Kinda pointless! This is the action phase where you’ll follow the personalized plan we created during your Clarity Session to live alcohol free for 14 days. Freedom Rx Follow-Up Session

Within one week of completing your 14 Day Alcohol Freedom Experiment, we’ll meet for a 30 minute mini-coaching session to chat about your experience.
